SUNZU SIDELINED AGAIN!…..MAYUKA, KOLA INVOLVED!….plus Results(selected) on Sunday!!
Zambia’s Chipolopolo French based defender Stoppilla Sunzu has continued to struggle under Lille OSC new coach Frederic Antonetti,following the sacking of previous manager Herve Renard.

Sunzu 26,watched from the bench on sunday as his French Ligue 1 side edged out Amiens AC 1-0 away,in a cup game dubbed ‘Coupe de France’.

Emmanuel Mayuka on the other hand,came in as a 65th minute substitute on Saturday,in French Ligue 2 side Metz 1-0 defeat to third tier side SR Colmar.
In Israel, Emmanuel Mbola and Evans Kangwa were both involved in Hapoel Ra’anana’s 2-0 home defeat on Saturday,to UEFA Champions league side and league leaders Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Elsewhere, Rodger Kola played the first 88minutes in the Greek Super League as his side Veria suffered a 2-0 away defeat to PAS Giannnina on Saturday;while Alex Ng’onga in Gabonese Championnat D1, helped his side CF Mounana humiliate Olympique de Mandji 7-1 on Sunday.

most of players rush to europe and elsewhere when they are half baked as a result they fail out of favour,the Zambian league too by international standerd is far below standard,if you compare the Zambian league of today to the time great kalu,jonston,lucky msiska and musonda charlse use to play you find a big difference.

@clifford mweetwa dont blame corruption what has it got to do with players loosing form when they go abroad?nigeria,ghana,ivory coast these countries are more corrupt than you and me but see the peak these guys reach given that equal opportunity i dont think they feed on chicken and chips when they go abroad,they stick to their starchy foods with more carbohydrates required to run ninety minutes

Why do our zambian stars all feature in teams at the bottomness of world classic soccer?the last stars in top level football we had were kalusha and charly musonda ever since nothing,nito,nichts,selepa,nyeto,kulibe i wish we could breed crem dela crem players who would feature in teams like bayern munchen,real madrid,barcelona etc i would like to also see the zambian national team without defensive blunders in the second half and scoring dynamic that will qualify to the world,not players who leave africa fit and swift go abroad and get overweight from eating too much chicken and chips,then became fourth choice in their respective teams

No players from Zambia will play for teams u mentioned.. B ayern, Barca, and Madrid…. unless if u are dreaming….. stop dreaming Zambians will never be good enough they are designated to play in lower leagues only like in Rwanda and Gabon or Burkina Faso

At 26 he still has a long way to go in football unless he wants to emulate late Willie Phiri who retired at 29 when he was at his peak. Sunzu needs to up his socks and win back his place.
