Defending champions Zesco United return to action on Saturday after a two-week break when they host National Assembly at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
The match will pit leaders, Zesco, and bottom placed club, Assembly, with just seven matches to go before the 2015 season comes to a close.
Zesco have been out of action since August 30 when they beat Konkola Blades 1-0 at the same venue.
This is after missing five players who were away on 2017 Africa Cup qualifying duty including their coach George Lwandamina who is also Zambia trainer.
Striker Winston Kalengo returns after a productive weekend away with Zambia in Kenya where he scored in the 2-1 win over the latter.
His attacking partner Jackson Mwanza, who scored in Zesco’s 1-0 first leg away win over Assembly in May, and goalkeeper Jacob Banda also return to club action after Zambia duty.
Kenya defender David Owino and Tanzanian striker Juma Luizo are too return to Ndola after their respective Africa Cup qualifying assignments.
Meanwhile Zesco will be hoping to maintain their six-point lead at the summit of the table where they currently sit on 52 points from 22 matches played with a game in hand.
Assembly on the other hand are back on the road to the Copperbelt a week after losing 2-0 there in Chingola to Nchanga Rangers.
