TWENTY-FIVE drivers are expected to show their driving skills during the sixth round National Rally Championship in Monze next month.
Zambia Motor Sport Association (ZMSA) clerk Paul Monge said in Lusaka yesterday former African champions Jassy Singh and Mohammed Essa will be part of the excitement.
The event is set for September 12 and 13.
“It will be an interesting rally but very competitive as the former African champions Jassy and Essa will be going head to head giving trouble to each other,” Monge said.
Muna Singh junior, Miles Monge, Farook Ticklay and Zuber Essa have all confirmed their participation.
Monge said the stage for the rally has been set and preparations are going on well.
He said the budget and sponsors are yet to be confirmed.
The rally will cover 168 kilometres and will be held at State Farms in Monze.
