Zambia  drawn against Fiji in 2015 world netball championship

 

Lusaka, February 10th , 2015,  ZANIS–Zambia has been drawn against Fiji, Wales and Uganda in Pool D of the 2015 world netball championship to be held in Sydney in August this year.

 

 

Hosts and tournament favourites Australia have been placed in Pool A with New Zealand, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.

 

 

Pool B has England, Jamaica Scotland and Samoa while Malawi, South Africa, Singapore and Sri Lanka are in Pool C.

 

 

Zambia kicks off the 2015 netball world cup campaign against Uganda on August 7 before wrapping up the Pool stage against Wales and Fiji on August 9 and 10 respectively.

 

 

ZANIS sports reports that this is according to the draws posted on the Sydney World Cup Championship website today.

 

 

The 2015 Netball World cup championship kicks off from 7 to 16 August, 2015 and Zambia will be competing for the second time since the tournament began in 1963.
