Chinsali man commits suicide
Chinsali, July 25, 2014, ZANIS…A 31 year-old man of Chinsali district in Muchinga Province has committed suicide by hanging himself to a tree using a fiber.
This has been confirmed by Muchinga Deputy Police Commissioner Bonny Kapeso in Chinsali today.
Mr Kapeso told the Zambia News and Information Services (ZANIS) in Chinsali today that Lloyd Mwamba, 31, of Lwimbanshila village hanged himself on unknown date.
He said Mwamba was found hanging on the Mukusu tree with a fiber in his neck, 85 meters away from his home.
Mr Kapeso said the matter was reported to Police in Chinsali on 16th July, 2014 at about 18 hours.
Mr Kapeso said the body of mwamba was found in a decomposed state and that police do not suspect any foul play.
