Nkana return to league action on Wednesday looking to extend their unbeaten run this season when they host Zanaco in a 2014 Faz Super League delayed Week Five game in Kitwe.
The two sides come into the fixture in contrasting form.
Leaders Zanaco are bruised after suffering their first league defeat of the season last Saturday following second placed Zesco United’s 1-0 away win at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka.
Nkana, who are now the only unbeaten side this season following Zanaco’s defeat, finished 1-1 at home with archrivals Power Dynamos in their Kitwe derby on June 14.
For Nkana especially, this is a game they must win with five matches in hand due to their 2014 Caf Confederation Cup group stage obligations.
“This will be a very interesting match, Zanaco also want to use the match to recover from their loss and we want to pick maximum points,” Saileti said.
Nkana are currently eighth and 15 points behind Zanaco on 14 and 29 points from eight and twelve matches played respectively.
Meanwhile, Nkana have no injury issues heading into the delayed game with striker Ronald Kampamba slowly warming-up with four goals so far this season as he chases his third successive golden boot.
Zanaco will be banking on the good form of its Zambia midfielders Isaac Chansa and Rodrick Kabwe including strikers Matthews Macha and Moses Phiri who both have six goals each.
