Joseph Musonda has urged his Golden Arrows team-mates to channel their energy towards saving the club from relegation in the remaining matches of the season.
Abafana Bes’thende have the next 11 matches to lift themselves off the foot of the table, having collected just 13 points all season.
The Zambia international admitted that things have not gone according to plan in this campaign but maintains hope they can stay in the top flight.
“It’s not something to be proud of but I’ve been at the club for a long time and there have been times when we had to fight to stay in the Premiership,” Musonda told the Daily Sun.
“Things are more difficult this season but everyone at the club understands what needs to be done and we are all trying to contribute.
“One thing I know is that it’s impossible to panic and be focused at the same time; we have to take each game as it comes and make the best out of the remaining games,” he added.
