FORMER Ministry of Health chief human resources and development officer Henry Kapoko and his co-accused Nobert Peleti have been found with a case to answer for alleged abuse of authority of office, theft by public servant and money laundering.
This is in a matter in which Kapoko and Pelete, a former Ministry of Health acting director of human resources and administration, are facing six counts of abuse of authority of office, theft by public servant and money laundering involving K1,290,402 towards the development of Best Home Lodges and purchase of a house in Lusaka’s Olympia suburb.
Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) corporate affairs officer Christopher Chibanku said in a statement released yesterday that the case came up before Magistrate Alfrida Chulu.
