THE Supreme Court has upheld the conviction and death sentence imposed on Lusaka businessman Matthew Mohan for the murder of Cyclone Hardware director, Sajid Itowala in 2009.
Mohan, who was charged with the murder of Mr Itowala, appealed against High Court judge Gregory Phiri’s judgment in which he was found guilty of murder.
Mohan submitted 12 grounds of appeal to the Supreme Court.
