POLICE in Lusaka have arrested 21 suspects who have allegedly been harassing people around Soweto’s Kamugodi area.
Police spokesperson Charity Munganga-Chanda said the suspects, arrested on Friday night on Los Angeles Road, were found with offensive weapons.
Mrs Chanda said in a statement that a Toyota Hiace mini-bus which they were using has also been impounded.
She said police will continue investigations into the matter.
