Vodafone Zambia has announced the launch of its free home and office delivery service that enables customers to order devices online which are delivered at their door step within 4hours of purchase – another first for Zambia.
Residents of Lusaka, Ndola and Kitwe can now get connected to the ultra- fast 4G LTE internet easier and faster using this unique delivery service which is another innovative offer by Vodafone Zambia to enhance customers’ access to its products and services.
To enjoy this service, customers can simply log onto the Vodafone Zambia website www.vodafone.zm to purchase a MiFi device valued at ZMW 299, which connects up to ten Wi-Fi enabled devices, or a Vodafone NetStation (Router) valued at ZMW 540, which is ideal for home or business use and connects up to 32 Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Announcing the launch of the service, Vodafone Zambia CEO, Lars Stork said: “This free service is the first of its kind in Zambia and is rooted in our customer-centricity as an organisation. Our priority is to ensure that our customers not only have the fastest internet speeds supported by our advanced 4G LTE technology but are also able to access our products expediently.”
Mr Stork further reiterated that in order to meet the needs of its customers, Vodafone Zambia is increasingly innovating ways that make it easier and more convenient for them to have access to what they need and not miss a beat in the process.
In the space of 10 years, the advent of mobile phones and the Internet have changed Zambia more significantly than any development since her independence, in what analysts are referring to as the nation’s ‘digital revolution’.
