The Kwacha has posted gains against the U.S dollar after trading flat on the local market at the beginning of March.
The currency which traded at 11-Kwacha 24 ngwee at the close of business yesterday has seen the Kwacha appreciate.
Zambia National Commercial Bank says the Kwacha appreciated as corporates converted foreign currency to settle tax and wage obligations.
ZANACO says it expects the Kwacha to remain on the front foot against the U.S dollar to trade between 11- kwacha and 11-kwacha 30 ngwee respectively.
