ZESCO Limited says it will on Friday engage the Zambia Association of Manufacturers to seek solutions to the current power deficit the country is facing.
ZESCO Spokesperson Henry Kapata says the meeting is very important because the Association plays a key role in the national economy.
Mr. Kapata explained that the meeting will also help members of the association to plan within the load shedding schedule.
He told ZNBC news in an interview that the power utility company will continue to engage the Zambia Association of Manufacturers and other stakeholders at every level during the period of power deficit.
Mr. Kapata has also disclosed that ZESCO will soon start having meetings with councilors and small business houses over the load shedding schedules.
