The Junior Chipolopolo have literally “hit the ground running” in Mozambique by straight away going to the training pitch before checking into the Afric Prestige hotel yesterday afternoon, May 8th.
The team arrived in Maputo at about fifteen hours and the technical bench decided that their first action in Mozambique would be to maximize on training for their Saturday 2015 Senegal qualifier against that country’s under twenty team,
The Reception was “fantastic” according to team manager Daniel Jere. “we were met at the airport by officials from the Mozambique Football federation and the Zambian embassy” Jere added.
Zambia will meet Mozambique on Saturday at 14:00 hrs (Zambian time) in a game billed for Zimpeto Stadium.
