By TEDDY KUYELA SOME Lusaka residents yesterday discovered a body of an unidentified man behind Government Printers. The body was discovered around 14:00hrs by passersby. A Zambia Daily Mail crew which rushed to the scene found scores of people taking a glimpse at the body. Some on-lookers, who also sought anonymity, criticised the police for allegedly taking long to pick up the body. And some police officers found at the scene said people discovered the body and quickly informed them. The officers said they rushed to the scene but could not give details about the death of the man. Police public relations officer Elizabeth Kanjela said police suspect the man could have died from hunger and the cold weather. “We have picked up a body of a man who was found dead behind Government Printers. The body has been taken to the University Teaching Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem,” Ms Kanjela said. 5 total views, 5 views today
