POST Editor-in-chief and reporter Mukosha Funga have been denied bail. They have been remanded in police custody until tomorrow for ruling.
They have been charged for the offence of publication of classified information. (C/Sec 5 Cap 111 of the State Security Act).
Post Newspaper published an article on 17th April, 2015 which stated Anti-Corruption Commission Director Genral had written to the President informing him that ACC was investigating Mr. Kaizer Zulu for having solicited for US$ 200,000 from a Chinese contractor in order to fix an appointment for him with the President.
