Mongu, March 4, ZANIS———————– Out-going Western Province Permanent Secretary (PS) Augustine Seyuba has urged the people of Western Province to cooperate with the in-coming Permanent Secretary if the province is to enjoy quality service delivery.
Speaking during his farewell meeting in Mongu, Mr. Seyuba said he was delighted at the appointment of Mwangala Liomba as Permanent Secretary for Western Province from being a Deputy Permanent Secretary.
Mr. Seyuba disclosed that he enjoyed his work in Western province and always wished to offer quality service delivery to the people in the area.
He advised the civil servants to give professional support and advice to the new Permanent Secretary.
And in-coming Western Province Permanent Secretary Mwangala Liomba has thanked the almighty God and President Edgar Chagwa Lungu for appointing him as Provincial Permanent Secretary.
Mr, Liomba urged the people of Western Province to join him in working as a team to achieve the desired goals based on national development adding that Zambia was a Christian nation that must be guided by Christian values and morals.
And in a vote of thanks, Principal Forestry Officer Samuel Mwabunga said he appreciated the commitment and the pace of work exhibited by the out-going Permanent Secretary.
Meanwhile, Provincial Cultural Officer Judith Mubisi paid tribute to the good works of Mr Seyuba and wished him well in his future endeavours.
