——————Government has warned of stern action against public service workers engaging themselves in politics.
Kasama District Commissioner Kalanga Bwalya issued the warning at his office this morning.
Mr. Kalanga revealed that he has received reports of some workers campaigning using the social media.
He said public service workers should not involve themselves in active politics but strive to work hard for the country.
The Kasama District Commissioner has since warned that the law will catch-up with all those taking sides by posting campaign massages especially on Facebook.
Mr. Bwalya has also appealed to people to refrain from removing campaign posters for candidates vying for Presidency in the district.
He said there is need for people to accommodate divergent views if the country is to continue enjoying peace.
