Twenty Five Members of the PF Central Committee – MCC have voted to suspend Party Acting President Guy Scott for 60 days, for allegedly usurping powers of the Central Committee.

The letter of suspension has since been served on Dr Scott. But Dr Scott remains acting president of Zambia.

The 25 have since appointed National Chairperson Inonge Wina to act as Party President.

 

MCC Central Province Chairman Benson Chali says if Ms Wina turns down the appointment, another meeting will be held to choose an acting President of the party.

According to Mr Chali, the MCC was this afternoon expected to convene again to scrutinize names of applications for the PF President, and to decide.

But Bridget Atanga, appointed PF Secretary General yesterday, has maintained that Guy Scott is still the Acting President of the Party.

She says the purported suspension of Dr Scott by the 25 Members of the Central Committee is not only illegal, but is also null and void.

 

Ms. Atanga says only the President of the party is mandated by its constitution to convene meetings of the central committee and not anyone else.

She has told journalists in Lusaka that the meeting that resolved to suspend Dr Scott is illegal and therefore the decision made is null and void.

Ms. Atanga was flanked by her newly appointed deputy Anthony Kasolo.

And the Law Association of Zambia says the suspension of Dr Scott is a party issue which has no bearing on his functions as Acting Republican President.

LAZ President George Chisanga says Dr. Scott will continue discharging duties of the President.

Mr. Chisanga was speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka today.

After the forthcoming “PF General-Conference i.e PF-Convention” (of “6000-PF-delegates i.e 600-PF-delegates from each Province”) which starts next week on Friday 28/11/2014 to 30/11/2014, all those “Fake & devilish PF members i.e fake-followers-of-late-SATA” who ‘illegally’ suspended PF-Leader Dr Guy SCOTT should be expelled without remorse from the “Patriotic-Front i.e PF”. The “6000-PF-delegates” should not vote for any PF-member who was against the holding of the said forthcoming “PF General-Conference”. All those PF-members (who are “Red-DRAGONs i.e DEVILs/DEVILists”) who were against the holding of the forthcoming “PF General-Conference” are “Evil-People or SATAN’s People i.e DEVILists/SATANists” who pretended to love our late beloved President (His His Excellency Michael Chilufya Sata, MHRSIP) when in the actual sense they were late Michael Sata & PF concealed enemies. The ruling “Patriotic-Front i.e PF” will be cleansed and exorcised after the 28/11/2014 to 30/11/204 “PF General-Conference” and “Red-DEVILs or Red-DRAGONs i.e DEVILists/SATANists” (i.e all those who ‘illegally’ suspended PF-Leader Dr Guy SCOTT) who are “People/Followers of the ‘Red-DRAGON’ (Rev. 12:3) who is ‘SATAN’ (Rev. 12:9)” should be expelled/removed from PF without any remorse. Where are the Pf cadres who mean well for the party to show solidarity to the Acting President? I think I should travel to Lusaka next week and show solidality to the Acting president. Why are these Mcc bent on supporting one individual candidate? We are one party and whoever assumes the powers of presidency we should support. That’s why next crop of Mcc should be sober minded individuals who are not moved by what they are told to do by others, but what will guided by the constitution.

Atanga becareful wth yo Scott,its like u are enjoying de confusion in Pf.And de thing u re 4gettin,u re lefting out de concerns of de votters.Quite ok u will pick de candidate of yo choice as a cartile,bt u will get shocked wth de results u will be getting. Dont get excited wth de job dat,will jst lasts u 40days. Frm de luk of things, u luk like u had no job.U will rilly enjoy de SG position wen de party is in power not in opposition.
