INSPECTOR General of Police Stella Libongani has appointed a new Nkwazi club executive committee following the expiration of the previous executive’s two year tenure.
Police spokesperson Elizabeth Kanjela confirmed that the committee will look in to the affairs of the team which had since bounced back to the super league.
She said the time will be led by Chewe Bowa as chairman, veteran Nyirenda and soccer commentator Ruben Kamanga as the deputy, Donald Mwandila with Musonda Chella as treasurer and Mubita Mubita as deputy treasurer respectively.
Committee members include Stephen Jere, Gerald Silwamba, and Ruben Nyirenda, James Mpoma while Adrian Kashala remains the team Manager.
She said the committee will run for two years as stipulated under the article 10 of the Nkwanzi constitution.
