Southern African Centre for Constructive Resolution of Disputes (SACCORD) says it is hopeful that the final draft constitution is not stolen.
SACCORD executive director Boniface Cheembe says SACCORD is getting concerned with the ping pong situation surrounding the whereabouts of the of final draft constitution.
Mr. Cheembe says it is unfortunate that stakeholders are now talking about where the constitution is than making progress by having it released to the Zambian people.
He explains that there is need for government to give hope to the Zambian people by clearly stating where the draft document of the constitution is.
Mr. Cheembe adds that the patriotic front promised to deliver a people driven constitution and this is what Zambians are waiting for.
