PEOPLE’S Democratic Party president George Mpombo’s 17-year-old son yesterday pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted aggravated robbery.
It is alleged that the juvenile murdered Ruth Phiri in Ndola on January 11, 2016 and that he tried to rob Lewis Mpundu of his property using violence. It is also alleged that Mpombo’s son, on January 16, attempted to rob Mpundu of his property using violence.
