UPND Gwembe Member of Parliament Malungo Chisangano has dismissed some media speculation that she was on the verge of crossing over to the ruling Patriotic Front.
Chisangano says she cannot leave the people of Gwembe who overwhelmingly voted for her to join the PF.
She expressed concern that today people in this country are living in abject poverty due to failure by the PF to govern the nation in a sustainable manner.
The Gwembe lawmaker explains that the ruling Patriotic Front has nothing to offer Zambians except making them suffer.
She has alleged that the unsubstantiated stories are being orchestrated by her opponents who eye the Gwembe seat in the 2021 general elections.
Chisangano says her mandate is to serve the people of Gwembe than jumping from one party to another.
