The Choma Magistrate Court has committed two male adults to the High Court in a matter where they are accused of Murder and Aggravated robbery among other charges.
33 year old fisherman, Munang’andu Mwanachinda and Kelvin Mwambwa (30) a driver, are in the first count accused of killing Joe Mulembe on 29th December, 2017.
The duo from Namwala district has been charged with the attempted murder of Peter Musole and Andrew Mulendema in the second count.
All three victims are said to have been subjected to actual violence with a Short Gun.
The accused persons are further accused of stealing a motor vehicle valued at K80, 000, property of Adrian Mulenga.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Mupemo Phiri has received a Committal Certificate from the State, and has since committed the accused persons to Livingstone High Court.
The suspects are remanded in custody.
