A thirty four year old woman of Lusaka’s Chilenje area was allegedly abducted by three men and later throwing her out of a moving vehicle leaving her unconscious.
The police have since launched investigations in the matter that happened on 15th March, 2018 at 20:00 hours.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has confirmed the development to QFM News that Police in Chilenje received a report of a woman who was found in an unconscious state with legs and hands tied and was dropped from a moving motor vehicle at water works plaza.
Ms Katongo says the 34 year old woman was picked by police officers from Godfrey Miyanda Police Post in Chilenje.
Ms Katongo states that according to an eye witness, the victim was dropped from a Toyota Runx registration number BAG 4456, Gold in color which had three men on board.

She explains that police officers picked the victim and rushed her to Chilenje clinic where she was admitted and was discharged yesterday.
Ms Katongo says it has been established that the victim aged 34 of Water works area in Chilenje had been drinking beer with the same suspects and was at the time of being dumped, in a drunken state.
The Police Spokesperson says investigations have been instituted in the matter.
