The President was on the copperbelt to officially launch the stealing of public funds. In his speech the President advised all public servants to steal as much as they can and just leave ‘seeds’.

The seeds in this case can be thought to be campaign money which they use to blindfold voters during campaigns.
This seed money is used to start projects for campaign purposes so that when they are voted into office they can have enough time to steal.

Only Zambia is losing in this and only Zambians can stop this.
