National Development Planning Minister Hon Alexander CHITEME yesterday toured his constituency much to the delight of the people to check on a number of developmental projects going on.
The energetic youthful lawmaker was on a marathon inspection of the constituency, visiting schools, health centres, markets and a number of wards were people erupted into jubilation upon seeing that their representative who recently got appointed by His Excellency The President as a Cabinet Minister was in the area.
Addressing the people of Mugala area in Kamakonde ward, Hon Chiteme assured the people that despite his new status, he would never forget their support and plight.
“I want to thank you my people, you are the people that have made me to be what I am today [Minister].Without you the people of Nkana Constituency, I wouldn’t have become an area Member of Parliament, the President wouldn’t have appointed me as a Minister.
I also want to assure you that I will never forsake you. The ministry that His Excellency has entrusted me with is a busy one, but I will always find time to be here with you,” Hon Chiteme said.
The Minister donated K3,000 to the PTA board at Mugala Primary school for the rehabilitation of the floors in the 3 classrooms.

There is no project in Buchi, Kamitondo, Parklands, buyantashi etc. Let him visit buchi if he will find a through road in compound roads. Kamitondo amafi/ameshi. People let us be serious. The entire constituecy needs him not only during the elections.
