Wife caught sitting on the lap of another man

A 19-YEAR-OLD woman of Ndola’s Chipulukusu township has been divorced for disobedience after she denied her husband oral sex.
This is in a case in which Peter Mwewa sued Catharine Chilambo for divorce.
The couple married in 2009 and have a child. Mwewa paid K85 as bride price.

Mwewa told Chipulukusu senior local court presiding magistrate Agness Mulenga that Chilambo was the cause of the challenges in the marriage as she was engaged in extra-marital affairs.
He narrated that he once caught his wife sitting on the lap of another man identified as Lombe. The court heard that this happened on their matrimonial bed.

But Chilambo told the court that problems in the marriage began when she refused to have oral sex with her husband who in turn beat her up.
