UPND President Hakainde Hichilema told thousands of Lundazi residents today on his continued country tour, that his government will provide cheap and affordable fertiliser in order to boost Agriculture.
Mr. Hichilema attributed his remarks to the PF’s inconsistency on farming input subsidies.
The UPND President said his government is more determined to even providing up to eight bags of fertiliser to each farmer in order to increase production.
His vice President for Politics Dr Canisius Banda called on the people of Lundazi to vote for Mr. Hichilema—who has the agriculture know how. Meanwhile thousands of Lundazi residents thronged the President’s park in order to hear messages of economic liberation.
There was jubilation in Lundazi town when the two leaders drove around the town.
Mr Hichilema and his vice presidents will address another rally tomorrow in Chipata.
