PRESIDENT Lungu says ministers will remain in their positions when Parliament is dissolved tomorrow.
And President Lungu yesterday signed a statutory instrument to dissolve Parliament tomorrow, his spokesperson Amos Chanda told journalists in Kampala yesterday.
Mr Chanda said in line with article 81 of the amended constitution, a gazette notice will be issued for the dissolution of Parliament tomorrow.
The President said in Lusaka yesterday that the republican Constitution is clear when it states that ministers in the current Cabinet have to hand over to a new Cabinet after a general election.
