Link Zambia 8000 is a project designed to link districts to provincial capitals and to Capital City- Lusaka .
The Links also are designed to connect Zambia to its eight neighbouring states and to its import and export corridors to Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania, Nakara-Corridor and Beira Port in Mozambique , Durban in South Africa and Walvis Bay in Namibia.
The project is designed to construct 8000 kilometer in a period of five years and the estimated cost of $8.5billion.
The Road Development Agency (RDA) should find mechanism and funding models and public-private partnerships that can ensure that Zambia achieves his ambitious projects.
