VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina yesterday graced the ground-breaking ceremony for the establishment of a US$25 million Mansa sugar cane plantation, a greenfield project in Chembe, Luapula Province, with a call to local and foreign investors to take advantage of the available investment opportunities in the area.
