Zambia Drops 2 Places on FIFA Ranking

Zambia has dropped two places on the FIFA/Coca Cola World rankings. According to the latest rankings released in Zurich yesterday, the Chipolopolo boys now lie 73rd in the world and 17th in Africa.
The Chipolopolo’s Group E opponents Congo Brazzaville has moved four places up the ladder to sit in 48th position in the world and 7th on the continent with another pool member Kenya sitting in 98th position on the globe and 25th in Africa.
Closing the Group E pool is Guinea Bissau who lie in 146th position and 45th in Africa. Ivory Coast remains the only African team in the top 20 perched on 19th position.
In the world Belgium remains top of the log while Argentina is back in second position with world champions Germany slipping to fourth position.
