Former Works and Supply Minister Mike Mulongoti, has accused the PF government of creating congestion of motor vehicles in the Country’s capitol city Lusaka.
Mr. Mulongoti who is also People’s Party (PP) president thinks that the congestion that is being experienced in Lusaka however boils down to incapacities of the PF government.
He is also of the view that plans to demolish government offices in Ridgeway area to build a shopping mall as one of the PF government’s ideas that will worsen congestion in Lusaka.
