A DRIVER of a Zambeef truck has died on the spot while two other people are nursing injuries in a traffic accident that occurred yesterday on the Great North Road in Kabwe.
Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) public relations manager Mukela Mangolwa said the accident involved a DAF truck, registration number ALP 553, belonging to Zambeef, a Mercedes Benz Truck registration number S5051 belonging to Petand Transport and a Toyota Mark II registration number ACJ 3127.
“The body of the driver is lying in the Kabwe General Hospital mortuary,” Mr Mangolwa said.
