STATE House says President Lungu’s working links with other heads of State are bearing fruit.
Special assistant to the President for press and public relations Amos Chanda said Zambia is importing electricity from Mozambique to respond to the deficit because of the warm relations with that country.
Mr Chanda also said Zambia would have been hit with a fuel crisis if President Lungu did not engage his Tanzanian counterpart Jakaya Kikwete.
Mr Chanda said President Lungu wants to sort out the energy needs of the country in order to spur national development. – ZNBC
