ZESCO assures fans: there won’t be load shedding at National Heroes Stadium

ZESCO Limited has assured soccer fans that no load shedding will be undertaken at the National Heroes stadium in Lusaka today during an international friendly match between Zambia and Gabon.
ZESCO spokesperson Henry Kapata has further assured that in case of unforeseen eventualities, the company has put a diesel gen set on standby.

 
“We would like to assure soccer fans that there will be no load shedding at the National Heroes stadium during the match between Zambia and Gabon,
“We also have a gen set on standby just in case things go wrong,” he said.
Mr. Kapata said this following reports on social media that stadium would not be spared load shedding tomorrow during the match.
Reports circulated on the social media such as the twitter and Facebook said that many soccer fans will not be able to watch the match as the stadium will not be spared by load shedding.
