Zambia National Soccer Team caretaker Coach George Lwandamina has summoned a 27 man squad for the CHAN second leg match qualifier against Namibia Scheduled for Sunday 5th July at Nkololma Stadium in Lusaka.
Among them are Mufulira Wanderers F.C Defender Allan Kamwanga, Webster Nakambala Leopards F.C and Boyd Mkandawire of NAPSA stars F.C .
Lwandamina has picked five from his premier league side Zesco United F.C and five others from Red Arrows F.C.
Zanaco F.C has in the meantime contributed four players while Nkana and Power Dynamos received a call out of two players.
Others are Jack Chirwa, Allan Muluka, Buchizya Nfune all from Green buffaloes F.C and club less Lubambo Musonda.
The team regrouped today and had their first training session at Edwin Imbowela stadium in Lusaka.
Zambia a fortnight ago lost to Namibia in Windhoek by 2-1 in the first leg and coach Lwandamina is eager to give the visitors a bitter revenge when they square it out on Sunday.
He said the Chipolopolo will on Sunday be aggressive to win in the hope of putting smiles on the soccer fans’ faces after picking a double loss to Namibia at the COSAFA Cup and CHAN first leg in addition to a goalless draw in the 2017 Gabon AFCON qualifiers in Ndola to Guinea.
The winner between Zambia and Namibia will face either Mozambique or Seychelles.
