Coppebelt police commissioner Joyce Kasosa identified the deceased as Isaac Phiri, 33, of house number 41, Twatasha in Chiwempala Township.
“The body was found with both hands tied and a head-sock was stuffed in the mouth,” Ms Kasosa said in an interview yesterday.
