NDOLA High Court Judge Yvonne Chembe has ordered that a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan should be conducted to determine the actual age of a man of Chisanga village, in Mpongwe, convicted of murdering his grandmother.
Fanwell Chilukusha told the high court last Thursday that he was below the age of 20 after he was convicted of murder.
The court could, however, not proceed with sentencing on account of Chilukusha’s claim that he was a juvenile.
Chilukuska is charged with the murder of Obina Pensulo, his grandmother.
