Esther Phiri’s opponent expected this afternoon

ESTHER Phiri’s opponent in this Friday’s Women International Boxing Association (WIBA) and World Boxing Federation (WBF) welterweight unification title fight Sandra Ahmeida is expected to arrive this afternoon at 15.00hrs.
Sandra, of South Africa, will be accompanied by her trainer Ken O’Conners and manager Jefferson Madikane.
Exodus Boxing Stables manager Anthony Mwamba said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that WIBA president Ryan Wissow, WBF leader Howard Goldberg and referee Eddie Marshall, all from the United States of America, are expected in the country on Wednesday.
Sandra has fought 11 times, winning six, losing four and drawing one.
