A 25-YEAR-OLD man of Kitwe has pleaded not guilty to swindling six men out of K6,200 after promising to secure them employment at Kalumbila Minerals Limited in North-Western Province.
Before magistrate Denson Muchaba, on Monday, was Chomba Mutale, who pleaded not guilty to six counts of obtaining money by false pretences.
Magistrate Muchaba granted Mutale K2,000 bail with two working sureties in the same condition.
Trial will commence on May 19 this year.
