The bankers beat city rivals Napsa Stars who dropped from 14th into 15th position with four points.
Nearest rivals Zesco United who have a game in hand moved into second place with eleven points following a 3 – 2 victory at home to Red Arrows thanks to goals by Jackson Mwanza, Winston Kalengo and Humphrey Maseneko.
Red Arrows who dropped from tenth into thirteenth position score their goals through Evans Musonda and Festus Mbewe.
Power Dynamos in third place with ten pojnts on goal difference from Konkola Blades, Green Eagles and Nkwazi came from behind to draw 1 – 1 at home to Mufulira Wanderers.
Moses Nyambe put the visitors in the lead on 8 minutes but Power Dynamos responded through league top scorer Jimmy Ndhlovu who fired home from close range in the 67th minute.
Mufulira Wanderers moved from eight position into seventh with eight points.
Fourth – placed Konkola Blades (10 points) battled to a 1 – 1 draw away to Lusaka Dynamos to remain one of the four teams yet to lose a match. Zanaco, Zesco United and Green Eagles also remain unbeaten.
A lone goal scored in the 70th minute by Rodrick Zimba helped Nkwazi to register victory over Nchanga Rangers.
A second half strike by Freddie Soutra Tshimenga gave Forest Rangers maximum points to move into ninth position with victory over Nakambala Leopards who occupy bottom place.
Green Eagles and Nkana settled for a goalless draw while Lusaka Dynamos and Green Buffaloes played out a 1 – 1 draw.
