Attorney-General, LIKANDO KALALUKA has accused suspended Director of Public Prosecutions -DPP- MUTEMBO NCHITO of trying to undermine the tribunal investigating him.
Mr KALALUKA has since asked the tribunal, which is sitting in Lusaka, to dismiss preliminary issues raised by Mr NCHITO.
Making his preliminary submissions this morning before the tribunal, Mr KALALUKA said Mr NCHITO’s preliminary issues must be dismissed because they lack merit.
Mr NCHITO has raised 3 preliminary issues, namely his opposition to have Justices ERNEST SAKALA and MATHEWS NGULUBE as part of the tribunal and he is also disputing the terms of reference for the tribunal.
