THE body of the late Road Development Agency (RDA) Board chairperson Willie Nsanda arrives today from South Africa ahead of the burial tomorrow in Kitwe.
Patriotic Front (PF) secretary general Davies Chama will be one of the party officials that will accompany Mr Nsanda’s family members from Johannesburg to Ndola’s Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport.
Mr Nsanda, who has been accorded a State funeral, will be put to rest tomorrow at Nkana East Cemetery.
Acting President Inonge Wina, who visited the funeral house in Lusaka on Friday night, described Mr Nsanda as a courageous and brave man who stood for what he believed in.
Ms Wina told journalists that Mr Nsanda understood politics and spoke his mind on what he believed in.
She said Mr Nsanda played a significant and crucial role in uniting PF members when the ruling party was on the verge of disintegration.
