Kabwe Warriors midfielder Paul Simpemba has been drafted into the Zambia national team squad that is currently in camp preparing for the international friendly match against Rwanda on Sunday.
Simpemba is a versatile midfielder capable of playing on both wings as well as an attacking central midfielder.
The midfielder was part of the 23 players who took part in the morning training session at Heroes Stadium on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Patrick Ngoma and Spencer Sautu are being assesed for fitness after suffering hamstring and ankle injuries in training respectively.
The TP Mazembe trio of Rainford Kalaba, Kabaso Chongo and Given Singuluma is expected to join the squad on Thursday.
