Two stuck dead in Namwala

Namwala 11^th March 2015, ZANIS —  Two men were struck by lightning on 13^th march 2015 around 16hrs at Nachibwe area in chief Nalubamba’s area.

Southern Province Assistant Police Commissioner Mr. Kashif  Mphande was not reachable by broadcast time as his mobile phone went ananswered.

However police sources at Namwala police station confirmed saying the duo died after being struck by lightning at Nachibwe area in the plains.

The deceased are  Semmy Malumbe 26 years, of Butele village and Roger Manungwa 26 years of Chikola village.

By broadcast time the two bodies were lying at Chitongo mortuary awaiting post mortem.
