Madison launches online portal to enhance service delivery

Madison General Insurance Company Zambia Limited has launched an online Portal Mgen Broker Link which is aimed at enhancing service delivery to its customers.

Madison General Insurance managing director Chabala Lumbwe said the interactive electronic tool was tailored to bridge the gap between the organisation and its clients through employing a computerised online system.

Mr. Lumbwe said during a media briefing in Lusaka today that the tool will enhance efficiencies and service delivery levels by promoting excellence and innovation.

He said excellence and innovation were embedded in the service culture of the company’s business welfare.

He said in this regard the organisation will be optimising the utilisation of re-packaging the existing products and introducing new ones.

Mr. Lumbwe said his company will soon roll out another new system called broker link in order to respond to the changing needs of its customers.

In recent years, competition in the Zambian general insurance sector has intensified considerably because of new insurance companies on the market.
