Home Affairs Minister Davis Mwila says President Edgar Lungu has nothing to do with the recent arrest of Director of Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito.
Mr. Mwila says President Edgar Lungu is busy addressing serious national issues and has no time to interfere with the operations of the DPP’s office.
He stresses that there is need for political opponents to differentiate politics from governance issues.
Mr Mwila says it is unacceptable to keep politicking on Mr. Nchito’s issue when the courts has the final say and the duty to deal with arrest warrants.
