Government says plans are still under way to establish the Kenneth Kaunda Memorial Library.
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services Permanent Secretary, Chanda Kasolo, said the library will among other benefits help preserve the history and culture of the nation.
In an interview with ZANIS in Lusaka Wednesday, Mr Kasolo also said the establishment of Kenneth Kaunda Memorial Library will help in the preservation of the country’s political history.

However Mr Kasolo has said the project has delayed due to a various circumstances that have occurred since it was proposed.
He further called on the public to work hand in hand with the government to ensure that the K K Memorial Library project succeeds.
